About the Role

- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
- Support fundraising initiatives with financial documentation
- Track key performance indicators and generate operational reports
- Evaluate vendor contracts and negotiate favorable terms
- Maintain internal controls and safeguard company assets
- Streamline onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Assist in strategic planning with executive leadership
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
- Manage office administration and facilities logistics
- Oversee insurance policies and risk management protocols
- Coordinate legal compliance and corporate filings
- Support merger and acquisition due diligence when required
- Drive process automation across finance and operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data
- Train team members on financial systems and procedures
