Requisiti
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for complex and multinational matrix organization companies
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Proven experience in Fixed Assets accounting and depreciation processes
- Good knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards
- Experience supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Advanced in English (frequent interaction with global teams and international stakeholders)
- Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Onestream)
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity

- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a continuously changing business environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both local and international stakeholders
Preferenziali
- IFRS knowledge is considered a plus
- Strong interest in digital transformation, process automation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence solutions within Finance processes
