Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment remains in proper working order through regular maintenance
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on-site as they occur
- Set priorities and delegate tasks among field service team members
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams to support installations, fixes, and updates
- Keep detailed records of all service activities, including repairs, part replacements, and inspections
- Manage and organize warehouse space, service vehicles, and tools
- Ensure inventory data is current and accurate in the tracking system
- Maintain cleanliness and order in company vehicles used for field operations
- Oversee the organization and upkeep of the warehouse facility

Team
The role involves providing on-the-job guidance to fellow technicians, managing daily workloads, and supporting the training and integration of new team members. Reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area.
