Responsibilities
- Install advanced equipment at customer locations according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and system calibrations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with field devices
- Repair malfunctioning components using technical documentation
- Ensure all service activities comply with safety standards
- Maintain accurate service records and logs
- Respond to urgent service requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with customers to understand operational needs
- Provide on-site training to end users
- Coordinate with internal teams for parts and support
- Follow regulatory and quality compliance protocols
- Track equipment performance and report anomalies
- Support product upgrades and retrofits
- Adhere to company service procedures and timelines
- Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical staff
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software effectively
- Manage assigned service territory efficiently
- Meet customer service level agreements
- Maintain company-owned tools and test equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation schedules
- Ensure timely completion of service reports
- Support remote diagnostics when possible
- Follow up on customer feedback post-service
- Stay current with product and technology updates
