Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support and resolve technical issues at customer locations
- Perform routine maintenance and address potential equipment problems to ensure maximum system availability
- Instruct customers on the proper use and upkeep of automated pharmacy systems
- Address service calls promptly in accordance with defined service level agreements
- Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve advanced system issues
- Support the setup and deployment of new automation equipment when required
- Record service details, problems, and solutions in the Salesforce Field Service Lightning platform
- Share insights and user feedback to support ongoing product development
- Operate with autonomy while managing assigned service territory effectively
