Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support and resolve technical issues at customer locations
  • Perform routine maintenance and address potential equipment problems to ensure maximum system availability
  • Instruct customers on the proper use and upkeep of automated pharmacy systems
  • Address service calls promptly in accordance with defined service level agreements
  • Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve advanced system issues
  • Support the setup and deployment of new automation equipment when required
  • Record service details, problems, and solutions in the Salesforce Field Service Lightning platform
  • Share insights and user feedback to support ongoing product development
  • Operate with autonomy while managing assigned service territory effectively
