Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance for automated medication dispensing systems in hospitals and healthcare settings across the region, aligned with service agreements and standards of high-performance military medical facilities.
- Assess, prioritize, and resolve service requests by diagnosing and repairing proprietary hardware and software components, maintaining ownership of cases, escalating when needed, and thoroughly documenting all actions taken.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks, assist sales and implementation teams with select activities, and perform additional duties as required by the position.
- Apply practical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software malfunctions effectively.
- Deliver prompt and reliable field service including system setup, training, repairs, scheduled maintenance, calibration, and support during sales cycles.
