Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Facilitate order processing and follow-up for fulfillment
- Promote product training sessions for customer teams

- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
- Work cross-functionally with technical and logistics teams
- Drive after-sales service coordination when needed
- Manage time efficiently across multiple customer locations
