About the Role

The ideal candidate will identify sales opportunities, support customers on product usage, and collaborate with internal teams to meet regional sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories
  • Conduct in-person visits to customer locations to assess needs
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical support on-site
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to expand market reach
  • Gather and report customer feedback to internal teams
  • Track sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools
  • Stay current on product specifications and updates
  • Support marketing initiatives through field-level execution
  • Coordinate with regional sales managers on strategy alignment
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Assist in developing sales plans for key accounts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during field operations
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Facilitate order processing and follow-up for fulfillment
  • Promote product training sessions for customer teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
  • Work cross-functionally with technical and logistics teams
  • Drive after-sales service coordination when needed
  • Manage time efficiently across multiple customer locations
  • Adapt communication style to diverse customer profiles
  • Report sales performance metrics regularly
  • Support onboarding of new accounts in the region
  • Contribute to quarterly sales forecasting efforts

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives

Hybrid with significant field work required
