About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients within designated geographic areas
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations for dental office staff and decision-makers

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and industry trends
- Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Attend industry events and trade shows to generate new leads
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
- Build trust through consistent, professional client interactions
- Support onboarding of new clients using training and resources
- Address client questions and resolve concerns promptly
- Stay compliant with company policies and sales procedures
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client input
- Coordinate with technical support during installation phases
- Educate clients on software updates and new features
- Promote bundled offerings and service packages
- Foster long-term client retention through ongoing engagement
