Responsibilities
- Carry out compassionate, in-depth client consultations remotely or in person to understand personal goals and guide them through available choices
- Clarify the practical aspects of wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney using clear, everyday language
- Maintain precise documentation and ensure client decisions are accurately recorded
- Work closely with the legal team to remain current on evolving legal standards and compliance
- Support online will creation and other service offerings across the business as required
- Provide outstanding post-sale support by addressing client inquiries and assisting with updates due to life changes
