Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and refinement of external conferences, trade shows, and in-person marketing events.
- Inform event selection by evaluating market segments, industry verticals, and regional growth priorities.
- Design memorable event experiences tailored to nonprofit and technology audiences, including interactive elements and mission-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to align event efforts with revenue targets and business goals.
- Create detailed event strategies, including budgets, schedules, and performance indicators for field initiatives.
- Oversee logistical aspects such as booth setup, printed materials, shipping, sponsor commitments, and lead tracking.
- Coordinate speaker applications, session development, and live activations to establish brand authority in nonprofit fundraising.
- Ensure all event activities reflect the organization’s brand identity, core messaging, and customer-focused values.
- Develop integrated campaigns before, during, and after events to boost attendance, engagement, and follow-up effectiveness.
- Work with marketing operations to monitor and report event performance, including lead generation, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.
- Create standardized guides to enhance field marketing efficiency and improve conversion rates over time.
- Collaborate closely with sales to align on objectives, staffing plans, and post-event follow-up processes.
- Equip sales teams with appropriate messaging, tools, and resources for engaging prospects at live events.
- Coordinate with marketing to present compelling narratives and highlight product advantages during on-site interactions.
