Responsibilities

  • Identify and rank high-impact events by researching conferences, tradeshows, and industry gatherings that match the ideal customer profile and support revenue targets, maintaining a 12-month forward-looking event schedule.

  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including booth design and shipping, promotional items, printed materials, lead collection tools, audiovisual needs, catering, hotel blocks, and team travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary on-site representative at each event, handling setup and breakdown, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring a professional and polished brand presence throughout.
  • Prepare internal teams by communicating event goals, key messaging, target accounts, and logistical details so all attendees know their roles and schedules.
  • Collaborate with sales to schedule pre-event meetings, host customer dinners and on-site engagements, and ensure timely lead follow-up to accelerate pipeline movement.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing campaigns, including email outreach, landing pages, paid ads, and social media, to boost booth traffic and meeting bookings.
  • Manage the full event budget across the annual calendar, tracking expenses, forecasting needs, identifying financial risks early, and adjusting spending based on shifting priorities.
