Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-site deployment projects across various regions
- Deliver strategic guidance and dedicated support to key enterprise clients
- Travel to client sites to assist with system setup and resolve technical issues
- Schedule and conduct training workshops for business owners, managers, and staff
- Support select partners with timely onboarding and educational resources
- Assist clients through configuration, integration, and post-implementation follow-up
- Set up and diagnose network infrastructure such as routers and wireless access points
- Record and maintain detailed documentation of installations, network layouts, and service activities
- Liaise with product development teams to report and track customer-facing issues
- Act as a trusted representative during customer engagements to promote brand excellence
