Responsibilities
- Identify and rank relevant tradeshows, conferences, and industry events based on alignment with target customer profile and revenue targets, maintaining a 12-month forward-looking event schedule.
- Secure favorable terms by negotiating contracts with event organizers, vendors, and venues for sponsorships, exhibit space, speaking opportunities, and additional benefits.
- Lead comprehensive event planning and execution, including booth design, logistics, promotional materials, lead tracking tools, audiovisual needs, catering, accommodations, and team travel.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative at each event, handling setup, breakdown, real-time problem solving, and ensuring a professional and consistent brand presence.
- Prepare internal teams for events by communicating goals, key messages, target accounts, and logistical details to ensure clear roles and coordination.
- Collaborate with sales to schedule pre-event meetings, host customer-facing gatherings, and ensure all leads are captured, assessed, and followed up promptly.
- Support marketing efforts with pre- and post-event campaigns, including email outreach, digital ads, social media, and landing pages to boost attendance and engagement.
- Oversee event budgeting across the annual calendar, monitor spending, provide accurate forecasts, identify financial risks early, and adjust plans as needed.
- Establish measurable KPIs for each event such as leads generated, meetings held, pipeline impact, and return on investment, and deliver structured reports with actionable insights.
