Responsibilities
- Supervision of construction activities at Bhadla-III Power Station (PS)
- Supervision of quality-related issues
- Monitoring progress and identifying issues arising during the construction phase, to be documented in the Monthly Progress Report submitted to the client
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering
- At least 4 years’ experience in construction of EHV transmission substation projects
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
