Responsibilities

- Respond to customer service requests within defined timeframes.

- Train laboratory staff on proper equipment usage.

- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Coordinate service schedules with customers.

- Support remote diagnostics when possible.
- Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical users.
- Complete service reports in a timely manner.

- Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
- Travel locally to multiple customer locations.
- Operate within defined service level agreements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable support.
- Assist with equipment decommissioning when needed.
