Responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision for key strategic accounts in collaboration with solutions architects and sales engineers.
- Engage senior technical leaders including CTOs, CDOs, and CISOs in discussions on enterprise architecture and artificial intelligence strategy.
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments and architectural workshops to advance stalled opportunities.
- Develop production-ready prototypes and custom applications demonstrating high-impact use cases, leveraging tools like AI assistants, agents, and external integrations, using HTML, JavaScript, and Python within the platform and data warehouse environments.
- Lead complex security architecture discussions involving PrivateLink, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, and associated governance frameworks.
- Represent the company’s technical and AI capabilities in external forums such as analyst meetings, executive panels, industry conferences, and peer-level CTO dialogues.
- Take ownership of technical responses in challenging procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, AI risk evaluations, and security audits.
- Provide expert guidance on system integration, data migration, governance models, and AI implementation across major cloud platforms.
- Define and articulate technical differentiation against competitors such as Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and emerging AI-native platforms, creating shareable technical collateral.
- Develop standardized field resources including architecture guides, AI workflow playbooks, competitive analyses, reference builds, and technical demonstration frameworks.
- Translate industry-specific knowledge into reusable assets for sectors like finance, insurance, and gaming to scale learning across accounts.
- Influence product development by conveying frontline customer insights to product and engineering teams, identifying feature needs, and shaping roadmap priorities in AI and platform capabilities.
- Coach and develop solutions architects and sales engineers to elevate technical proficiency and accelerate onboarding for new team members.
- Manage multiple high-priority enterprise engagements simultaneously across the assigned region.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications in product, sales, and technology domains.
- Achieve performance goals as defined by management on a quarterly and annual basis.
