About the Role
The individual in this role will deliver clinical expertise during procedures, train medical staff on device use, and support the adoption of innovative cardiovascular solutions in coordination with sales and medical teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time clinical support during procedures involving cardiovascular devices
- Train physicians and hospital staff on proper device utilization and protocols
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify clinical needs and opportunities
- Assist in the development of procedural best practices
- Respond to clinical inquiries from healthcare providers
- Support product demonstrations and in-service training sessions
- Gather and relay field feedback to inform product improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards during clinical use
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical literature and guidelines
- Participate in pre-procedure planning with clinical teams
- Assist in post-procedure follow-up and outcome evaluation
- Promote consistent and effective use of technology across facilities
- Troubleshoot device-related clinical challenges
- Coordinate with technical support and engineering teams when needed
- Document clinical interactions and outcomes accurately
- Support clinical training programs and educational events
- Stay informed about competitive technologies and market trends
- Act as a liaison between medical staff and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to clinical data collection for performance tracking
- Uphold patient safety and quality standards in all engagements
