Responsibilities
- Implement a localized sales strategy in the South of France, with a focus on Nice and surrounding areas.
- Actively identify new sales opportunities through in-person visits, cold outreach, and networking initiatives.
- Conduct persuasive face-to-face product demonstrations of POS and payment solutions tailored to retail and hospitality businesses.
- Manage all stages of the sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium business decision-makers to support operational efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to increase brand presence.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing success.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, keep CRM records up to date, and consistently meet monthly and quarterly goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in field and outbound sales, preferably in technology, solution-based, or hospitality sectors.
- Solid knowledge of the hospitality industry, including its key verticals and operational challenges.
- Proficiency in sales development practices such as pipeline generation, territory management, and new business acquisition with strong organizational skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to regional growth objectives.
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM tools to track opportunities and manage sales performance.
- Confident and effective communicator with strong interpersonal and customer relationship abilities.
- Analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions and improve performance outcomes.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, goal-oriented environment.
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
