Fi is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer specializing in iOS development to join our team building the Lever platform. This is a full-time position where you will develop key mobile features and contribute to our core product experience.
What You'll Do
- Design and build robust iOS applications for the Lever platform
- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement user-facing features
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application responsiveness
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience
- Expert knowledge of Swift and iOS frameworks
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile applications
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and design principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile
