Responsibilities
- Help manage social media accounts and update website content regularly.
- Design and implement online marketing initiatives, publish scheduled content, and interact with followers.
- Produce promotional materials, social media updates, and visual assets using design tools like Canva.
- Assist in organizing product photo sessions and liaise with photography or video professionals.
- Track marketing campaign results, generate performance summaries, and suggest optimization strategies.
- Perform research on market conditions, competitors, and emerging industry trends.
- Complete administrative duties as directed by supervisors.
- Provide support to Sales and Procurement teams when required.
