Responsibilities
- Works closely with cybersecurity and identity and access management teams to securely integrate applications into the single sign-on ecosystem during onboarding and offboarding.
- Provides expertise in designing or advising on integration strategies that support secure access and single sign-on capabilities.
- Verifies and keeps application integration configurations up to date to comply with security and regulatory standards.
- Helps develop and align implementations or modifications with established access control policies and security benchmarks.
- Supports audit and compliance activities for identity and access management by coordinating with subject matter experts.
- Maintains configuration items for federated applications in the Configuration Management Database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Manages the application catalog to track all integrated applications with essential metadata such as owners, contacts, and integration methods.
- Uses ServiceNow to handle service requests, incidents, and change records associated with application integrations and IAM workflows.
- Coordinates the end-to-end process for onboarding and offboarding applications, including gathering requirements, configuring integrations, testing, and documenting outcomes.
- Partners with application owners to ensure seamless transitions during integration or decommissioning phases.
- Ensures comprehensive lifecycle documentation is maintained for each application under management.
- Produces and updates detailed records for integration setups, onboarding and offboarding procedures, and CMDB entries.
- Collects and evaluates enhancement requests from stakeholders, sets priorities, and collaborates with technical teams for execution.
- Identifies ways to optimize IAM processes and enhance integration efficiency.
- Supports the development of modern applications that streamline SSO intake and application inventory management.
- Troubleshoots, builds, and maintains configurations across multiple identity providers, including Entra ID and Shibboleth IDP.
- Participates in on-call rotations to provide technical support for identity provider systems as needed.
- Performs additional duties in alignment with the position's scope and organizational needs.

- Business hours aligned with the Eastern Time (EST) zone may be required.
