As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of sales engagements across EMEA. Working hand-in-hand with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services, you will identify client requirements and transform them into actionable, value-based solutions. Your expertise will be central during product demonstrations, discovery workshops, and remote proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer needs and deliverable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to assess opportunities, conduct product walkthroughs, and deliver compelling technical presentations both remotely and on-site
- Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs, managing technical content and solution positioning
- Design and execute remote proof-of-concept engagements to validate solution fit
- Equip sales teams with up-to-date knowledge and tools to improve demonstration effectiveness
- Facilitate clear transfer of client requirements to implementation teams
- Support scoping activities to ensure accurate solution design and pricing models
- Contribute to the development of sales materials including presentations, proposals, and digital content
- Share market and competitive intelligence to inform internal strategy
- Represent the organization at regional events and industry conferences
- Participate in customer review sessions and help shape thought leadership assets
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree or relevant professional background is expected. You should bring experience in pre-sales, consulting, or technical sales support, with a clear understanding of how solutions are positioned and implemented in data-intensive environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced PowerPoint skills, is essential. You must be able to articulate complex technical concepts in straightforward, business-relevant language and operate independently with initiative.
Fluency in English is required. The ability to speak Arabic is an asset. Prior experience in payments, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance domains will strengthen your application.
Work Environment
This position follows a hybrid working model and requires up to 30% travel across the EMEA region to support field activities. You will collaborate with teams across time zones and contribute to regional growth initiatives.
