Responsibilities
- Carry out regular building upkeep tasks such as painting, basic electrical fixes, plumbing work, carpentry, and servicing HVAC systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of the building interior, equipment, machinery, and exterior surfaces.
- Handle administrative tasks including form completion and updating maintenance progress to management.
- Follow all applicable health and safety standards and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels of maintenance and cleaning materials, reporting supply needs to supervisor.
- Be available to answer urgent maintenance requests and perform emergency repairs.
- Identify and resolve technical problems through diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with external service providers and maintain professional vendor relationships.
- Work during the evening shift as scheduled.
