Responsibilities
- Conduct routine checks of client areas including doors, furniture, and fixtures, and report issues to appropriate vendors
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to facility conditions such as temperature control and parking availability
- Liaise with building management on matters involving cleaning services, security protocols, and parking logistics
- Assist in the execution and coordination of emergency preparedness activities including fire drills and evacuation procedures
- Serve as point of contact for service providers including vending, coffee supply, life safety systems, and day porter services
- Gain operational understanding of environmental and safety systems including thermostats, HVAC, fire controls, and security alarms
- Organize and execute small-scale office relocations as needed
- Manage requests for furniture procurement and minor office layout adjustments
- Oversee access control systems, including badge issuance and internal key management
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for client personnel
- Support the Account Manager and Facilities Manager with office upkeep and special administrative tasks tied to client objectives
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain and revise the Site Procedures Manual
- Promote a positive, proactive, and energetic workplace culture through initiative and independent problem-solving
