Williams Lea by RRD is hiring a Facilities Associate

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine checks of client areas including doors, furniture, and fixtures, and report issues to appropriate vendors
  • Address employee inquiries and requests related to facility conditions such as temperature control and parking access
  • Liaise with building management on janitorial, security, and parking matters
  • Assist in the execution and coordination of emergency evacuation procedures and fire drills
  • Manage vendor relationships for services including vending, coffee supply, life safety systems, and day porter support
  • Gain operational understanding of thermostats, HVAC systems, fire safety controls, and security alarms
  • Organize and execute minor office relocations
  • Facilitate furniture procurement and implement small-scale furniture adjustments
  • Oversee access control systems, including badge issuance and internal key management
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics for client personnel
  • Support the Account Manager and Facilities Manager with office maintenance and special administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain and update the Site Procedures Manual
  • Demonstrate initiative, positivity, and urgency while fostering a productive and energetic workplace atmosphere

Other

  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekend availability when needed
