Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end logistics for external events

- Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues in real time
- Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and experiences
- Gather and analyze post-event feedback and performance metrics
- Develop event briefs and creative concepts in partnership with marketing
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for attendees and speakers
- Maintain up-to-date event documentation and checklists
- Liaise with external partners and venues to secure event spaces
- Support the development of event themes and programming
- Ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards
- Manage event registration and attendee communication
- Produce event schedules and run-of-show documents
- Supervise setup and breakdown of event environments
- Handle last-minute changes with minimal disruption
- Track event-related expenses and reconcile budgets
- Facilitate speaker briefings and rehearsals
- Coordinate promotional efforts with communications teams
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and swag
- Escalate risks and issues to leadership when necessary
