About the Role

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving new business through strategic outreach and consultative selling techniques within a growing tech organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Present product offerings to potential clients effectively
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
  • Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate information
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at virtual and in-person events
  • Support onboarding for newly acquired clients
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client input
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Align sales strategies with company goals
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads promptly
  • Educate prospects on platform capabilities and benefits
  • Coordinate demos and proof-of-concept presentations
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
  • Work closely with customer success teams
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
  • Adapt communication style to different client types
  • Contribute to sales process improvements

Compensation
