MSX International is hiring an Express Service Coach

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and maintain the foundational or enhanced express maintenance framework according to official program guidelines
  • Conduct dealership consultations focused on express maintenance as specified in program materials
  • Deliver remote and on-site classroom instruction to dealer teams based on the express maintenance curriculum
  • Provide hands-on, in-dealership training for staff as directed by program standards
  • Offer post-training phone-based support to dealership personnel
  • Ensure prompt and thorough execution of dealer-specific action plans
  • Apply industry best practices in express service operations including scheduling, customer greeting, repair workflows, quality checks, invoicing, vehicle return, and post-service follow-up
  • Maintain regular communication with OEM national and regional representatives
  • Submit detailed monthly field activity reports
  • Submit weekly timesheets and expense documentation accurately and on schedule
