MSX International is hiring an Express Service Coach

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and maintain the Basic and/or Advanced Express Maintenance program according to official program guidelines
  • Conduct dealership consultations focused on Express Maintenance as specified in program materials
  • Provide remote and on-site classroom instruction to dealership staff based on established training curriculum
  • Facilitate on-the-job training for dealership teams in alignment with program standards
  • Offer post-visit phone support to dealerships to ensure implementation success
  • Complete and submit detailed dealer action plans promptly and thoroughly
  • Integrate industry best practices into Express Maintenance workflows including customer check-in, scheduling, repairs, quality checks, invoicing, vehicle return, and follow-up
  • Maintain regular communication with OEM National and Regional representatives
  • Submit detailed monthly field activity reports
  • Submit weekly timesheets and expense documentation accurately and on schedule
