Responsibilities

  • Join our Adelaide business where you'll support our clients and manage relationships with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Deliver complex projects and programs ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
  • Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.
  • Coordination of multidisciplinary teams - coordinating specialists to deliver high-impact results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Ability to manage complex projects and programs
  • Experience managing relationships with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects across the entire project life cycle
  • Experience in design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
