Lead the growth of a transformative financial platform by managing client and partner engagements for Hadron, our institutional solution for real-world asset tokenization. As Expansion Manager, you’ll play a central role in translating client needs into actionable deliverables across business, product, and technology teams—all within a dynamic, remote-first organization.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Head of Tokenization Expansion to oversee client projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations, resolving inquiries, and maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
- Bridge client requirements with internal teams, coordinating efforts between product, engineering, and business units to meet milestones.
- Develop and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners, supporting integration and collaboration efforts.
- Conduct market and client research, distilling findings into actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Monitor project timelines, maintain accurate reporting, and contribute to internal process improvements for scalability.
- Support the creation of proposals, commercial agreements, and client-facing materials.
- Inform platform development by identifying client-driven needs and market trends.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, investment banking, corporate finance, or business development.
- Strong grasp of financial instruments, capital markets, and institutional workflows.
- Background in economics, finance, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision in a self-directed setting.
- Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.
