DaVita was looking for an Executive Talent Sourcer

DaVita is looking for an Executive Talent Sourcer to play a critical role in building our executive recruiting function. You will drive proactive research, market intelligence, and candidate engagement for senior leadership roles from Director through the C-suite, partnering with Executive Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to deliver strategic insights and build targeted pipelines.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and executive talent acquisition partners to understand executive hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct deep talent mapping to identify target companies, executive talent pools, and competitor org structures.
  • Leverage sourcing tools and Boolean search to identify and organize high-potential talent.
  • Generate insights on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and diversity trends to inform sourcing strategy.
  • Use predictive analytics and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and prioritize outreach efforts.
  • Partner with Executive TA Partners to co-develop tailored search strategies and continuously refine approach.
  • Build and maintain diverse pipelines of executive candidates aligned to current and future business needs.
  • Prioritize and nurture prospects based on engagement, readiness, and alignment with DaVita’s leadership needs.
  • Support succession and workforce planning efforts by proactively surfacing executive talent ahead of demand.
  • Own initial outreach and engagement for targeted pipelines and confidential searches.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and build strong candidate engagement strategies.
  • Represent DaVita with professionalism, clarity, and cultural authenticity in all candidate interactions.
  • Assess candidate interest, qualifications, and values alignment through thoughtful screening conversations.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-caliber talent for future leadership opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to track candidate engagement, search progress, and pipeline health.
  • Build and maintain curated executive talent pools and pipelines aligned to business needs within the ATS.
  • Continuously test and implement new automation tools and sourcing technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Analyze sourcing funnel metrics to identify gaps and continuously improve strategy.
  • Share regular updates and recommendations with Executive TA Partners and stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Executive TA Partners, HR, and business leaders throughout the search lifecycle.
  • Contribute market insights, role calibration feedback, and talent data that improves the speed and quality of executive searches.
  • Actively engage in team huddles, strategy sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in executive sourcing, research, or retained executive search (in-house or agency).
  • Strong ability to identify and assess senior-level talent across functions and industries.
  • Skilled in market research, organizational mapping, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, TalentNeuron).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Avature, Beamery, or equivalent.
