Responsibilities
- Deliver full-spectrum administrative assistance to the CEO, overseeing calendar management, correspondence, and daily workflow
- Manage intricate scheduling demands across various time zones involving internal teams, investors, clients, and partners
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external contacts
- Organize domestic and international business trips, including detailed itineraries and required documentation
- Plan and execute board meetings, executive discussions, and company-wide gatherings with full logistical coordination
- Monitor strategic projects, oversee special assignments, and ensure timely progress on action items
- Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and key stakeholders such as investors, board members, and senior leaders
- Handle select personal tasks and logistics to support the CEO’s efficiency, including appointments, travel, and communications
- Anticipate challenges and take initiative to resolve issues that could impede critical projects
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, industry conferences, and public speaking engagements
