Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Organize priorities, track follow-ups, and support day-to-day administrative workflows
  • Support internal and external communication on behalf of leadership
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Prepare documentation, take meeting notes, and track action items
  • Help leadership stay organized, focused, and efficient in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting leadership in startup or high-growth environments
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones
  • Strong communication skills with excellent follow-through
