Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records for clients, contracts, and team members
- Ensure consistent and accurate data across all systems
- Modify, create, or remove cleaning assignments according to client instructions
- Confirm appropriate team assignments for contracts and cleaning tasks
- Review system-generated jobs and correct inaccuracies as needed
- Track scheduled cleanings to verify on-time start
- Reach out to teams when delays or absences occur
- Reassign tasks when necessary due to changes
- Report operational problems to the supervisor
- Follow defined escalation procedures for issues
- Answer general questions from clients
- Process routine service requests and modifications
- Arrange supplementary services when required
- Forward complex or sensitive matters to the founder
- Respond to user questions about application functionality
- Assist users in navigating app features and processes
- Support users in resolving input or usage errors
- Record, log, and report bugs or system issues
- Replicate basic technical issues and escalate to appropriate personnel (no coding or technical decisions)
- Onboard new cleaning teams by introducing app usage and standard workflows
- Assist new teams with setup and initial queries
- Produce cleaning checklists, evaluation forms, and cleaning plans using AI tools
- Revise documents following provided instructions
- Prepare materials for final approval

- Communicate operational issues to the supervisor
- Apply established escalation rules
- Respond to general client inquiries
- Handle standard service requests and changes
- Coordinate additional services when applicable
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the founder
- Respond to application usage questions
- Guide users through features and workflows
- Help correct user-related errors
- Collect, document, and report bugs or issues
- Reproduce simple issues and escalate technical problems (No software development or technical decision-making involved)
- Introduce the application and standard procedures to new cleaning teams
- Support initial setup and answer questions for new cleaning teams
- Generate cleaning checklists, evaluation grids, and cleaning plans using AI tools
- Adapt documents based on provided guidelines
- Prepare materials for final validation
