Responsibilities
- Sort and categorize incoming emails by priority: Urgent, For Your Information, or Completed.
- Monitor and reply to customer reviews on Google and Yelp on a daily basis.
- Record and track all vendor invoices received via email or financial technology platforms.
- Create, publish, or schedule 3 to 5 social media posts weekly on Instagram and TikTok.
