Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strict confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a dynamic remote environment.
Your Impact
You'll maximize executive productivity by managing operational tasks, communication channels, and cross-functional initiatives, enabling leadership to concentrate on strategic growth, team alignment, and critical decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Operations Support – 50%
- Manage intricate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas
- Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence
- Maintain systematic processes for reminders, follow-ups, and meeting preparation
Project Coordination – 30%
- Support execution of executive-led projects and operational initiatives
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth interdepartmental workflows
Communication & Confidentiality – 20%
- Serve as primary liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain absolute discretion with sensitive information
- Ensure communications are polished and align with executive standards
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 1+ years of Executive Assistant or similar administrative experience
- Superior organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in remote, fast-paced settings
- Exceptional professionalism and confidentiality
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience supporting international or distributed teams
- Startup or high-growth environment background
- Familiarity with productivity tools
Tools Proficiency
