This is a remote, part-time position based in Tunisia, offering a unique opportunity to support two active founders across multiple startups, investment activities, and advisory projects. The role begins part-time but can evolve into a full-time position for the right individual who demonstrates initiative, precision, and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee calendar coordination, including scheduling, reminders, and meeting logistics across time zones
- Help organize inboxes and draft clear, professional messages on behalf of leadership
- Arrange travel plans, compile itineraries, and manage logistical details efficiently
- Track invoices, maintain receipt logs, manage expense records, and prepare documentation for review
- Ensure financial records are complete by identifying and resolving missing documentation
- Keep digital files, contracts, and administrative records systematically organized
- Conduct targeted online research and deliver concise summaries or comparison lists
- Support select communications on LinkedIn and assist with light branding coordination
- Handle select personal tasks such as managing appointments, property-related paperwork, or coordinating service providers
- Leverage AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive work
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a meticulous eye for detail
- Strong written communication skills and sound professional judgment
- Proven experience with Google Workspace, Notion, and spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong digital etiquette
- A proactive mindset—someone who anticipates needs and takes initiative
- Comfort handling administrative workflows, including invoices, payments, and document tracking
- Interest in using AI thoughtfully to enhance productivity and accuracy
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness when managing sensitive information
Preferred Background
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Coordinator, or similar support role
- Exposure to startups, founder-led teams, or professional services environments
- Familiarity with invoice tracking, contract management, and payment administration
- Studies in business, finance, operations, or project management
- Remote work experience
- German language skills are a strong advantage
