EverCommerce Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to join our EverHealth product team. In this role, you will develop new features and maintain existing systems, applying your expertise to drive innovation and support growth for our healthcare solutions and their customers.
What You'll Do
- Work with a team of industry experts to design and develop sophisticated software.
- Handle coding, testing, and deployment of software.
- Assist the team with problem solving and debugging to ensure solid, bug-free platforms.
- Review pull requests.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies such as standup, refinement, and retros.
- Expand and maintain unit test coverage.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years working with Python/Django.
- 4-6 years working with JavaScript and modern SPA frameworks.
- 4-6 years experience with Object-Oriented Programming.
- 4-6 years experience with REST API/GraphQL (Apollo).
- 4-6 years experience with version control systems (GitHub).
- 4-6 years experience with work management and documentation using the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).
- 4-6 years experience with ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy).
- 4-6 years experience with relational databases (SQL Server / T-SQL preferred), including complex stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
- 4-6 years experience with caching technologies like Redis.
- 4-6 years experience designing and developing enterprise-level software.
- 4-6 years experience with multi-threaded applications.
- 4-6 years experience with Application Performance Monitoring and Observability (New Relic/Sentry).
- 1-2 years working with AI/ML.
- General understanding of ANSI HIPAA transactions (835, 837, 270, 271, etc.).
- General understanding of Health Information Technology.
- General understanding of U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements such as MIPS, Meaningful Use, or ONC certification standards.
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
