Resolve to Save Lives was looking for an Evaluation Methodology and Tool Development Consultancy (Part-time)

Resolve to Save Lives (RTSL) is looking for a part-time Evaluation Methodology and Tool Development Consultant to support a global impact evaluation pilot. You will refine the evaluation approach and create standardized tools and protocols for mixed-methods data collection across diverse country settings in our Collaborative Surveillance program.

What You'll Do

  • Refine and operationalize the evaluation methodology and measurement approach.
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments.
  • Create protocols and guidance to ensure consistent and high-quality data collection.
  • Prepare training and implementation materials to support in-country data collectors.
  • Review existing program documentation, impact framework, and draft indicators.
  • Refine the overall evaluation design and methodological approach.
  • Operationalize the measurement framework and draft indicators into measurable constructs.
  • Ensure methodological rigor and alignment with best practices in mixed-methods evaluation.
  • Ensure the feasibility of implementation across diverse country contexts.

Team & Environment

The consultant will work closely with RTSL technical staff.
