Responsibilities
- Evaluate key business workflows such as Purchase-to-Pay, define automation strategies, and deliver quantifiable improvements like faster processing and fewer errors
- Design and deploy predictive monitoring and self-correcting systems to proactively address disruptions in critical integrations
- Create automated solutions for interpreting and resolving support tickets to minimize manual intervention
- Develop standardized automation components and publish them enterprise-wide through an internal AI platform called ChatAPV
- Collaborate with business units and product teams as a technical advisor to identify and realize automation opportunities
