About the Role

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Epic MyChart modules according to organizational needs
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to implement system updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve patient and provider access issues
- Support system testing during upgrades and new feature rollouts
- Document configurations, workflows, and system changes
- Provide training and guidance to end users and support staff
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations
- Participate in project planning and timeline development
- Analyze user feedback to improve system performance
- Work with vendors and external partners on integration efforts
- Monitor system performance and generate usage reports
- Assist in credentialing and onboarding of new providers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic certification standards
- Lead optimization initiatives for patient portal features
- Coordinate with IT teams on infrastructure dependencies
- Support go-live activities for new implementations
- Respond to urgent system issues during critical periods
- Validate data accuracy between MyChart and core systems
- Promote patient engagement through digital tools
- Ensure accessibility standards are met for all users
