Responsibilities

  • Take primary responsibility for cleaning requirements throughout the campus
  • Collaborate with departments and team members to maintain environment of care standards
  • Ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and to proper standards
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in designated areas
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
  • Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in specified locations
  • Clean windows, walls, and mirrors when required
  • Conduct periodic deep-cleaning activities such as shampooing carpets or waxing floors
  • Maintain all areas to a high level of cleanliness
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to minimize accidents and injuries
  • Report potential hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance problems to supervisor
  • Use cleaning products and equipment following manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines
  • Identify and eliminate potential trip or fall hazards
  • Monitor cleaning supply inventory and alert supervisor when restocking is necessary
  • Organize and maintain storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Lock and unlock doors and secure buildings as required
  • Set up and dismantle equipment or furniture for events and activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Work in healthcare, administrative, community, or onsite center environments based on role requirements
  • Communicate effectively with participants, caregivers, team members, and stakeholders in person, by phone, and electronically
  • Remain stationary or move around for long periods as job duties require
  • Operate standard office equipment, cleaning tools, and facility machinery including computers, phones, vacuums, and floor buffers
  • Travel between work sites or community locations as needed
  • Follow safety procedures, infection control protocols, and use personal protective equipment when necessary
  • Perform tasks involving bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or assisting with setup and cleanup based on role
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull supplies, equipment, or materials weighing up to 25-50 pounds, using assistance or mechanical aids as required
  • Work with cleaning chemicals and in various weather conditions for outdoor tasks
  • Employment is at-will
  • Adhere to vaccination and infection control policies applicable to specific roles and locations
  • Provide proof of vaccination or a signed declination form and follow masking requirements for care setting roles
  • Participate in E-Verify program
