Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation of work plans and organize project studies to meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Interface directly with the technical project manager and cross-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Understand and incorporate client requirements, including commercial contract terms, change management processes, and financial performance KPIs.
- Use client and AECOM-prescribed tools to track and manage the financial aspects of projects (forecasting, invoicing, cost control, earned value).
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet budgetary objectives, while proactively adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Lead internal coordination and external client communications, including progress reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have
- Strong New Mexico regulatory experience is preferred (e.g., NMED programs and regional Southwest regulatory frameworks), with familiarity in permitting, compliance, and agency interfaces.
