Role Overview
As the primary contact for Prestige and Executive Banking clients, this position focuses on delivering personalized banking experiences through virtual channels. The role emphasizes proactive engagement, financial needs assessment, and long-term relationship building to support client goals while aligning with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend suitable banking products and services based on individual client requirements, ensuring alignment with the segment’s value proposition.
- Address client inquiries and resolve requests efficiently and professionally within agreed service standards, balancing client needs with institutional integrity.
- Perform comprehensive financial reviews for both new and current clients to uncover relevant product opportunities and support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate account onboarding and expand client relationships by identifying cross-sell opportunities and referring leads to appropriate internal teams as needed.
- Actively manage and grow the client portfolio to enhance revenue, reduce risk, and strengthen client loyalty.
- Guide clients through lending processes including home loans, vehicle finance, credit cards, personal loans, and overdraft facilities with clear, accurate information.
- Advise clients on responsible credit management, including annual credit reviews, account maintenance requirements, and meeting financial obligations such as debit orders and cheque settlements.
