About the Role

Role Overview

We're building a next-generation platform at the intersection of AI, data systems, and environmental impact—and we're looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to help open doors in key markets. Based in Singapore, you'll play a central role in identifying and engaging decision-makers across enterprise and upper mid-market companies in supply chain, financial services, and sustainability sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to high-potential prospects using personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn—no copy-paste messaging, only targeted, relevant conversations
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, qualify opportunities, and set the stage for deeper engagement
  • Research industry trends and individual accounts to ensure every interaction is informed and timely
  • Keep CRM data in HubSpot accurate and up to date, helping refine targeting and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members on outreach strategy and attend customer meetings to deepen your understanding of the product and market

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, with a focus on enterprise or upper mid-market clients
  • Proven ability to run high-volume outbound campaigns with discipline, personalization, and follow-through
  • Clear, confident communication skills across channels and seniority levels
  • Adaptability in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and initiative is expected
  • Experience with HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator—or a demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Authentic interest in AI, sustainability, and the future of global supply chains
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident—we cannot support Employment Pass applications for this role

Nice to Have

  • Working proficiency in Thai or Bahasa Indonesia, as we expand across Southeast Asia

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from 90,000 to 100,000 SGD, with a commission structure split 70/30 between base and performance. The package also includes equity and benefits designed to support long-term growth and well-being. You’ll work locally in Singapore, with the chance to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
