ecosio is hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, German speaker (Remote EU*) (f/m/d)

About the Role

This position involves identifying and engaging potential enterprise clients through targeted outreach, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team to drive new business in German-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound communication to prospective enterprise clients
  • Conduct research to identify high-potential target accounts
  • Engage decision-makers through phone calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM
  • Support the development of outreach strategies tailored to enterprise prospects
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and pipeline discussions
  • Stay informed about product updates and market positioning
  • Represent the company in virtual events and networking opportunities
  • Adapt messaging to resonate with enterprise-level stakeholders
  • Track and report on key activity and conversion metrics
  • Respond to initial client inquiries with professionalism and insight
  • Help refine lead qualification processes based on feedback
  • Contribute to improving sales development playbooks
  • Use data to prioritize outreach efforts effectively
  • Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple channels
  • Identify expansion opportunities within target accounts
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations during outreach
  • Work closely with marketing to align on campaign goals
  • Provide input on messaging effectiveness from prospect interactions
  • Escalate technical or complex queries to appropriate team members
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge
