Responsibilities
- Work closely with product and business teams to gather and document requirements for new features and system improvements
- Partner with engineering leadership to align on delivery timelines, resource planning, and schedule adjustments
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and assess potential solutions
- Develop user stories, spikes, and features with defined outcomes, milestones, and acceptance conditions
- Help prioritize and refine the product backlog based on business value and team capacity
- Support the tracking and evaluation of product performance metrics
- Review daily product operations, testing data, and overall results to inform decisions
- Conduct testing and validation activities for product functionalities as needed
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by management
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards
