About the Role
The role involves leading deployment projects for enterprise clients, configuring AI platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert guidance during implementation cycles across the Middle East region.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders during rollout
- Configure and optimize AI models for specific business use cases
- Diagnose and resolve system integration challenges
- Provide on-site and remote support during implementation
- Document deployment processes and system configurations
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
- Train client teams on platform operations and best practices
- Monitor system performance post-deployment
- Coordinate with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Support proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues
- Assist in defining deployment timelines and milestones
- Maintain accurate project records and status reports
- Work across time zones to support regional clients
Nice to Have
- Experience with large-scale AI model deployment
- Prior work in startup or fast-paced technology environments
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Familiarity with enterprise security protocols
- Certifications in cloud platforms or system administration
