AppZen is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with our largest and most strategic clients. You will be responsible for ensuring these enterprise customers achieve maximum value and success with our platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute success plans for a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts.
- Drive product adoption and platform usage by identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities.
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics and act as the primary point of escalation for critical issues.
- Foster strong executive relationships to align our platform with clients' strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role working with enterprise-level accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and navigate large organizational structures.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, renewal processes, and expansion strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of thriving in a fully remote work environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.
